Garlic Soup 2




  1. Sauté garlic cloves and bread in oil over medium heat until they are just browned (do not let them burn). Remove from heat
  2. Remove the bread, cut into 1-inch squares, and return the cubes to the pan.
  3. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the bread has disintegrated and mixed well into the broth.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
