Potato Cheese Soup
Simple, and simply delish!
- 10 potatoes, baked and sliced
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 1 pound bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 1 medium
- 1 small (1 pound) package Velveeta cheese
- 1 small package shredded
- Mix together the milk, soup and sour cream.
- Add the cheese and cook until
cheese melts and is smooth.
- Add the potatoes, onions and bacon and simmer.
