Potato Cheese Soup


Simple, and simply delish!


  • 10 potatoes, baked and sliced
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 gallon milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small (1 pound) package Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small package shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Mix together the milk, soup and sour cream.
  2. Add the cheese and cook until cheese melts and is smooth.
  3. Add the potatoes, onions and bacon and simmer.
