Sweet Lemon Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 4 to 6 fresh ground lemon verbena leaves (omit if you can't find them)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Refrigerate covered about 2 hours until firm.
