Sweet Lemon Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, soft
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 4 to 6 fresh ground lemon verbena leaves (omit if you can't find them)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate covered about 2 hours until firm.
