Blue Bacon Dip


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) blue cheese
  • 8 strips bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large green, red or yellow bell pepper


  1. Use blender to combine first 4 ingredients. Chill.
  2. Serve in a large green bell pepper, with top and seeds removed.
