Blue Bacon Dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (4 ounces) blue cheese
- 8 strips bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
- 1 large green, red or yellow bell pepper
- Use blender to combine first 4 ingredients. Chill.
- Serve in a large green bell pepper, with top and seeds removed.
