Mexican Dip



  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped


  1. Brown ground beef and drain the fat.
  2. When meat is browned and drained, add all to a pot over medium heat and let cheese melt slowly.
  3. When melted, remove from heat and put into bowl to serve with chips.

Serves 24.
