Pulled Pork Nachos

Game day glory starts with this recipe for baked Pulled Pork Nachos. One pan. Pulled pork. And oh-so-many toppings. (Think diced tomatoes, kickin’ jalapeños, cool sour cream and more.)

Pulled Pork Nachos

Prep: 15 min | Cook: 5 min | Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ounces tortilla chips (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cups hot pulled pork*
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Arrange chips on large ovenproof serving platter. Top with pulled pork, cheese, tomato, onion and jalapeño.
  3. Bake until cheese is melted.
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  5. Serve with sour cream.
