Ingredients

  • 2 slabs frozen hash browns
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
  • 6 ounces sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Pan fry hash browns according to package instructions. Cut in half when slabs are turned to brown on second side.
  2. Place cooked hash browns on a baking sheet and spread with dressing.
  3. Top with sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese.
  4. Broil until cheese melts and lightly browns, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
