Southwestern Chicken Spread




  1. Spread cream cheese on a dinner-size serving plate.
  2. Top with black beans, onions and sunflower seeds.
  3. Spread on sour cream.
  4. Sprinkle with chicken, cilantro and, if desired, a few extra sunflower seeds for garnish.
  5. Serve with crackers.

Yield: about 16 servings, 1/4 cup each
