Stinging Scorpion Guacamole


  • 2 ripe California avocados
  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot salsa


  1. Whirl tofu in blender until smooth.
  2. Mash avocados.
  3. Add tofu and other ingredients to mashed avocados. Mix well.
  4. Press a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of the dip to prevent darkening.
  5. Chill and serve.
