Mexican Magic

Makes a large dish. Great food for a crowd, and it tastes great, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 can Ro*Tel
  • 1/2 can water
  • Tortilla chips, broken into small pieces
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown meat with onion. Add soup, beans, taco seasoning, Ro*Tel and water. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with broken chips. Add layer of meat mixture and layer of cheese; keep layering chips and meat, ending with cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
