Mexican Magic
Makes a large dish. Great food for a crowd, and it tastes great, too!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can Ro*Tel
- 1/2 can water
- Tortilla chips, broken into small pieces
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Brown meat with onion. Add soup, beans, taco seasoning, Ro*Tel and water. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
- Line a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with broken chips. Add layer of meat mixture and layer of cheese; keep layering chips and meat, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
