Fajita Marinade



  • 2 pounds skirt steaks (fajitas)
  • 3/4 cup Mexican lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste


  1. Halve the skirt steaks lengthwise.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate skirt steaks for no more than 1 hour.
  3. Grill the skirt steaks slowly over mesquite.
