Creamy Jalapeño Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jalapeño pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced
• 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (no stems)
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
