Rio Grande Dressing

Yield: about 1 3/4 cups dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse on/off for 30 seconds or until thoroughly blended.

Notes

Dressing is best when used the same day.
