Green Salsa


  • 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 3 or 4 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor container. Process until almost smooth.
  2. Let stand, covered, at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
