Pseudo Menudo
Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes
- 2 or 3 cups water
- 1 cup chopped green chiles
- 2 (15 ounce) cans hominy
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown meat in a Dutch oven.
- Add remaining ingredients and boil gently for 3 or 4 hours, until meat is
tender.
