Santa Fe Soup



  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing and seasoning mix


  1. Brown ground meat; drain.
  2. Add taco and ranch seasoning mix. Stir, then add corn, beans and tomatoes (do not drain). Stir again. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
