Taco Chili Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can hominy (white or yellow), drained
  • 1 can Mexican tomatoes
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef or turkey; drain. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Heat through or put ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Serve over tortilla chips with shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
