Use Lavender Syrup to sweeten hot or cold drinks. It is also delicious in iced tea or lemonade.
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh or dried lavender blossoms
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large, stainless steel saucepan.
- Remove from heat and allow to steep 30 minutes.
- Strain, chill and refrigerate, tightly covered.
