Lavender Syrup


Use Lavender Syrup to sweeten hot or cold drinks. It is also delicious in iced tea or lemonade.


  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh or dried lavender blossoms


  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large, stainless steel saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to steep 30 minutes.
  3. Strain, chill and refrigerate, tightly covered.
