Raspberry-Grand Marnier Syrup


Raspberry-Grand Marnier Syrup is wonderful over chocolate pancakes or waffles.


  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 pints fresh raspberries
  • Dash of Grand Marnier


  1. In a sauté pan, melt the butter.
  2. Add the sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the raspberries and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add the Grand Marnier.
  5. Flame the liqueur and continue to cook for 1 minute.
