Cups of Comfort



  • 3 quarts cranberry juice
  • 2 quarts apple juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 teaspoons whole cloves


  1. Pour cold or room temperature juices into a large percolator type coffee pot. Line the basket with a filter and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and brew as you would a pot of coffee.
  2. Serve in mugs garnished with a slice of orange or lemon and the used cinnamon sticks.
