Pumpkin Whip

Pumpkin Whip tastes like pumpkin pie, but without the crust.

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) box instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding and milk until well blended, about 1 or 2 minutes.
  2. Blend in pumpkin and pie spice.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Spoon into dessert dishes. Chill.
  5. Garnish with gingersnaps if desired.
