In saucepan mix tomatoes, onions, chiles and spices. Simmer 15 minutes.
Rinse, drain and crumble tofu.

mixture in each tortilla. Roll tightly and place in baking dish,
seam side down. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and sliced
