Tofu Replacement for Chicken or Beef
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces firm tofu, diced 1/4-inch
- In a baking pan, whisk together the oil, soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, turning the tofu
- Immediately drain on paper towels. Clear oil will remain,
with the flavors having been absorbed.
