- 1 recipe Tofu Cutlets
- 8 slices good-quality rye bread
- 1 cup fresh-pack sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- While toasting rye bread and heating sauerkraut in saucepan, mix
yogurt or mayonnaise and ketchup together.
- Spread yogurt sauce on toasted bread.
- Arrange tofu cutlets on bread.
- Spread sauerkraut
on top and serve.
