Burning Bush Turkey Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces sliced turkey
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 ounce mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Divide and spread each over 1/2 slice of toasted French bread. Heat in 400 degrees F oven until slightly brown.
  2. Sprinkle with chives.
  3. Serve immediately.

Yield: one serving
