Leftover Turkey Quiche

Leftover turkey is the star in this easy to prepare quiche along with fresh baby spinach and Cheddar cheese.

Leftover Turkey Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Marie Callender's® Deep Dish Pie Shell
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Half-and-Half
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lightly prick pie shell with fork. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, spinach, onion and garlic salt; cook for 4 minutes or until onion is tender and spinach wilts, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly; spoon turkey mixture in pie shell.
  4. Whisk together eggs and Half-and-Half in medium bowl until blended. Pour egg mixture over turkey mixture in pie shell; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly before cutting into slices.

Notes

Make Ahead: Store in refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for up to 3 days. Reheat on baking sheet, uncovered, in 350 degrees F oven 15 minutes or until thoroughly warm.
