Parmesan Noodles and Turkey

  • 2 3/4 ounces chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup fat-free parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a saucepan, combine soup packet, milk, parmesan cheese, black pepper, turkey and noodles. Mix well. Cook until heated through.
