Method

  1. Spread 24 wafers each with 1 teaspoon cream cheese spread; top each with 1/2 teaspoon jam.
  2. Cover with remaining wafers to make sandwiches.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator.

Yield: 2 dozen or 12 servings, 2 cookie sandwiches each

Variation: Prepare as directed, using Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

For crisper texture, serve immediately. Or for a cake-like texture, place in airtight container and store in refrigerator overnight before serving.
