Sweetheart Fudge Pie




  1. Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Add melted chocolate, coffee powder and rum extract, mixing well.
  4. Stir in flour and walnuts.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared shell.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes; cool completely on wire rack. Chill.
  7. Before serving, arrange whipped cream on top and garnish with cherries.
