Korean Chicken Wings
Korean Chicken Wings is a recipe so good that you will use it time and time again!
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 6 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 bunch scallions
Wings
- 1 package chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
Sauce
- Mix together soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic and scallions. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Wings
- Heat oil for frying
- Toss chicken wings in flour.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oil and dip directly into sauce.
