Wing Recipes
Lemon Wings
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Cut off wing tips and save for a later use.
- Combine lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour over wings and marinate 4 hours, stirring to coat well on all sides.
- Drain wings on paper towels. Place on foil lined broiler pan and rub each piece liberally with the butter.
- Broil for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp or bake at 500 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
