  1. Melt margarine; mix confectioners' sugar and cocoa together. Add to margarine.
  2. Beat egg and add to mixture.
  3. Add vanilla extract and nuts.
  4. Break crackers into chips and fold into mixture.
  5. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Put into refrigerator until set.
  7. Cut into squares.
