Hot Curry Powder (South Africa)
This spice blend is used as a dry rub for grilled fish. The turmeric lends the fish a nice golden color.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/8 teaspoon fennel
- 1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
