Mia's Asian Chicken Salad

Thai Dressing

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste


  • Napa cabbage
  • Carrot peel
  • Green onions
  • Cooked rice noodles
  • Thai dressing


  1. Marinate chicken breast with Thai dressing for 4 hours, then cook on grill.
  2. Serve grilled chicken on top of salad with dressing drizzled over.
