Moo Goo Gai Pan
Moo Goo Gai Pan is one of the most popular recipes on Chinese menus. You won't believe how easy it is to make it at home!
Yield: 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) chicken fillet, sliced in thin strips
- 10 snow peas
- 1 carrot, diced
- 10 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 head Napa cabbage
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Cornstarch, as needed
Instructions
- Steam the first five ingredients.
- Saute the garlic in the vegetable oil. Add chicken broth. Add the steamed chicken and vegetables. Add cornstarch to desired thickness.
- Serve with rice.
