Moo Goo Gai Pan

Moo Goo Gai Pan


  • 1 (10 ounce) chicken fillet, sliced in thin strips
  • 10 snow peas
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 10 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 head Napa cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Cornstarch, as needed


  1. Steam the first five ingredients.
  2. Saute the garlic in the vegetable oil. Add chicken broth. Add the steamed chicken and vegetables. Add cornstarch to desired thickness.
  3. Serve with rice.

Serves 2 to 3.
