Oyster Sauce



  • 12 oysters, finely chopped
  • 1 cup oyster liquid
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce


  1. Mix oysters and oyster liquid in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve, then add soy sauce.
