Radish and Watercress Salad
(Radis Rapes)



  • 8 ounces watercress
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly-ground pepper
  • 12 radishes, sliced


  1. Remove tough stems from watercress; break sprigs into bite-size pieces.
  2. Arrange watercress on plates.
  3. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over radishes; toss.
  4. Spoon radish mixture over watercress.

Yield: 6 servings
