  1. Mix ingredients for 15 minutes, adding enough sifted flour to make a dough; let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Form into small apple-size balls; roll as thin as possible, then pull carefully by hand to tissue paper thinness.
  3. Fry in butter in small pan; sprinkle at once with fine sugar.

These can be stored for weeks.
