Greek Salad Dressing

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine or white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper


  1. Put all ingredients into a small jar; shake thoroughly.
  2. Chill before serving.
