Taramosalata

Ingredients
- 1/4 pounds tarama fish roe
- 2/3 pound boiled potatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 lemons, squeezed
Instructions
- Mash the tarama, the potatoes and the onion.
- Beat the mix until very soft and creamy.
- Add the olive oil and lemon juice together very slowly while mixing.
- Serve with olives.
