No Bake Quick Italian Rum Cake

It's guaranteed that everyone will think you slaved for hours over this fabulous dessert.


  • 2 packages Stella D'Oro sponge biscuits (soft)
  • 1 large can ready made chocolate pudding
  • 1 large can ready made vanilla pudding
  • Rum extract
  • Cool Whip


  1. Slice biscuits in half lengthwise. Place biscuits on bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with rum extract. Cover with chocolate pudding.
  2. Add another layer of biscuits; sprinkle with rum extract. Cover with vanilla pudding.
  3. Cover with Cool Whip and garnish with colored sprinkles.
  4. Refrigerate.
