Bagna Cauda — This is a classic sauce
from Piedmont, Italy which is for garlic lovers only. The name means "hot
bath" and it is served in the same way as fondue, in a pot in the center of
the table over a candle.
Bruschetta — Also called "Fettunta," this is one of the best Italian snacks.
Panzerotti — These are Neapolitan fried ravioli, for want of a better name, and are an indispensable part of Frienno e Magnanno, the classic Neapolitan fritto misto. They'll also work quite nicely as antipasti, or as a side dish, and you may find yourself making them as snack food.
