Japanese Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  1. Instructions

  2. Combine all ingredients, whisking to blend well.
  3. Serve as a dip for egg rolls.

Will keep for short periods if refrigerated.
