Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and water in a rice cooker.
  2. Put the rice in a large bowl and gently mix in 1/2 cup vinegar dressing.
  3. Cover bowl with a wet cloth and let the rice cool to room temperature.
  4. Use within 6 hours.

Yield: 5 cups rice
