Jewish Sweet Bread
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- Mix sugar and eggs. Add flour, vanilla extract and pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees
F for 40 to 45 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- If you like, once it is finished, you may drizzle a light glace, or just thin
down some store bought vanilla frosting which I always keep in the house...also
