  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1 cup mixed nuts: almonds, macadamias, walnuts, pecans, etc.

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Put into prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake until brown. Stick a wooden pick in the center to check if the cake is done. If it comes out clean, you can let it cool, then enjoy!
