Cracked Wheat Pilaf

Instructions

  1. Cook and stir bulgur and onion in butter until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until bulgur is tender but firm, 20 to 25 minutes.

Yields 6 servings.
