Orange Salad with Onions and Olives



  • 2 large oranges, pared and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 Greek olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of ground red pepper
