Peanut Milk Candy (Pastillas de Mani)
Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly ground unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat, stirring
constantly, until a sold mass is formed.
- Transfer to a sugared board and spread the mixture with a
rolling pin into a rectangular shape 1/2 inch high.
- Cut into 1/2 x 2-inch-long pieces.
- Wrap individually in tissue paper if desired.
