Rosetter (Rosettes)


This is a Norwegian recipe



  1. Beat eggs, then add milk and cream.
  2. Gradually add flour, salt and sugar.
  3. Heat rosette iron in 375 degree F deep fat.
  4. Drain and dip into batter to within 1/2 inch of top of iron.
  5. Fry in fat until crisp and lightly brown.

If batter slips off, iron is too cold.
