This is a Norwegian recipe
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Beat eggs, then add milk and cream.
- Gradually add flour, salt and sugar.
- Heat rosette iron in 375 degree F deep fat.
- Drain and dip into batter to within 1/2 inch of top of iron.
- Fry in fat until crisp and lightly brown.
If batter slips off, iron is too cold.
